Your billing stack

Reconnect renewals
Continue Billing and collect payments with the new provider.
Confirm what still works
Ask Stripe which services remain accessible and whether eligible card data can be exported. A charge restriction does not tell you whether Billing or export is available.
Who to Contact
Contact Stripe Support or Data Migrations with your account details, restriction notice, and receiving provider.
If a dependency fails: Export unavailable, collect payment details again through the new provider; Billing unavailable, move subscription schedules too.
How Stripe token migration works
Four steps. The right people. A clear role for Payments Lab.
Start with Stripe
Confirm eligibility
Confirm card export eligibility, account restrictions, and Billing access.
What to check

FAQ:Stripe migration
Ask Stripe to confirm export eligibility for your restricted account. If approved, Stripe can securely transfer eligible card credentials to an accepted PCI DSS Level 1 processor. Migration does not unblock your account or release held funds.
Stripe token and PaymentMethod IDs cannot be used directly by another processor. Secure card migration transfers eligible underlying credentials; the receiving provider creates new tokens. Link credentials are excluded from Stripe exports.
Card migration does not transfer subscription schedules. Map new payment tokens to customers, then retain Stripe Billing where supported or rebuild schedules in another billing system. Coordinate renewal dates and retries to prevent duplicate charges.
Yes, where account eligibility and integration support allow it. Assess a supported multiprocessor integration or custom external collection with server-side payment verification and invoice reconciliation. Marking a Stripe invoice paid out of band records payment; it does not charge the card.
Do not assume network tokens are portable. Reuse depends on token requestor arrangements, network rules, and destination support. Confirm eligibility with both providers; re-provisioning or secure customer re-collection may be required.
